At Tiny Talisman Co., every bracelet is thoughtfully handcrafted with care and attention to detail. Since our products are made using natural stones and handmade elements, slight variations in color, texture, and patterns are natural and make every piece unique.

Returns

We currently accept returns only for:

Damaged products
Wrong item received
Missing item in the package

To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number
Clear unboxing video
Product photos showing the issue

Without an unboxing video, return requests may not be accepted.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for:

Change of mind
Personal preference
Incorrect size selection
Slight color or texture variations in natural stones
Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will provide:

A replacement product, or
Store credit, depending on availability
Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Used products
Customized orders
Products damaged after delivery
Orders without proper proof/unboxing video
Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

Refund Timeline

Once your request is approved:

Replacement orders are usually processed within 3 to 7 business days
Refunds, if applicable, are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days
